We are Open, Accepting and Shipping Orders

We are open and accepting orders. Our policy is to encourage safe social distancing guildlines and wear masks where this is not possible.

All suppliers around the country have returned to normal operations and are able to provide us any necessary materials and supplies. However, if issues arrise that prohibits any part of our operation or there is any difficulty in aqusition of supplies that would affect an order's shipment, we will be sure to notify those it would affect as soon as possible.

Production Times

In the past few months there has been a substantial increase in orders from both new and existing users. This may have an impact on the average time it requires to complete, package and ship an order. For some orders this may mean an additional few days. As we hire and train new staff, these delays should be minimized and customers should see a faster turnaround time.

Transit Times

This is affecting all industries since most carriers are reporting a higher than average increase in shipments they are receiving as more people order products online. This may mean they do not always update tracking as regularly as they should or estimated delivery dates may be slightly off.

International Orders

Transit times for international orders may take longer than normal. This may be due to things like longer times orders must go through customs or less flights to those destination countries.
