FinerWorks Media LLC, is the parent company for this site is a fast growing print on demand service which specializes primarily in the printing of fine art and photography. We currently have openings for the following positions in San Antonio, Texas at our Northside production facility. 

Customer Service Rep - Full Time (San Antonio, TX)

We're now hiring a customer service representative with a graphic design / photography background. They will be providing both in-person, email and phone support at our Internet based fine art & photo printing and framing company. Calls will include inquiries about orders, ordering, preparing digital graphics for printing and about the products we produce. 

This person MUST be a people person. This means being energetic, positive, friendly and be very enthusiastic in their approach when assisting customers. 

When not providing customer support, may be called upon to assist in tasks to associated with marketing or administrative work. Graphics related work may include things like creating graphics, photographing products or tasks to help with our marketing department.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion
  • Document all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
  • Escalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines
  • Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
  • Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
  • Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques
  • Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined
  • Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
  • Experience in digital photography, working with digital image files
  • Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high volume role
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator

Not Required But Helpful

  • Web Design
  • Knowledge of HTML & Javascript
  • Zendesk Customer Suppport / Ticket System
