An artist with a deep passion for painting pets and nature, Gail Dolphin finds inspiration in the beautiful surroundings of Vero Beach, Florida. With a last name like Dolphin, she truly lives up to her creative nature. Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Gail graduated from Kutztown University in 1980 with a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration. However, she soon realized that the corporate advertising world was not where she belonged.
Gail began showcasing her work at local dog, horse, and wildlife shows, slowly building her art business over time. In addition to her artistic pursuits, she has worked in various creative roles to support her passion, from being a Docent at the Philadelphia Zoo to running a horse boarding farm with her husband in Pennsylvania. These diverse experiences have shaped her into the artist she is today, providing her with invaluable skills and knowledge.
Living close to the ocean and Indian River has allowed Gail to capture stunning photographs for her paintings, often exploring the nature parks with her Scottish Deerhound, Derby.
