Want to reorder a canvas or art paper print you have ordered in the past? Did you know there is a way you can do this quickly and easily? If you have been printing your work to fulfill orders or are simply giving your prints to people as gifts, you will find it is not unusual to be ordering the same prints over and over again. One little known secret is we have a way for you to reorder those particular prints without the need to reupload your images each time.
At FinerWorks we archive the printing project for each order for at least a year and sometimes longer. Reordering a print just involves retrieving the order you have placed within the last year. If you have an account at FinerWorks you will be able to view all orders you have placed within your order history. If you don't have an account or perhaps placed the order without being logged in you will just need to find that order number and provide the e-mail address you used when you placed the order. And if you forgot the order number just send us an e-mail through our contact page. We will be happy to help you locate that order. We may need to get some verifying information in followup but we should be able to find it without a problem.
Once you have made it to the screen with the particular order details, scroll down to where your prints are listed. If we still have your image on file then you will also see next to your product a button which you can click to reorder that print. When you click that button it will add the item to your cart. You can checkout, go back and add other prints or upload an image to also include a different print in the order.
Finally if you have added the print to your cart but you need to make a few changes such as a different size, different paper, etc, click the edit link next to the print. This will bring you to the setup page where you choose the various options you want for your print. From there save the print by adding it back to your cart.
