New Options for Canvas Prints – FinerWorks Help and Support Portal

This year we plan on introducing some new products we believe will be of interest to artists and photographers. We also plan on adding new options to our existing line of products. First checkout a brief video in which we preview a new type of mounted canvas print which will be offered in a few days called a resin coated canvas print.

Second, we are always looking to both improve the quality and presentation of our print products we make for you. Therefore we have decided to eliminate the sawtooth hanger option for more professional hanging options as has been requested quite often. This means we are now offering three new hanging hardware choices from which you can choose. Yes, it is a little more work to add then a sawtooth hanger but this year our goal is to continue to provide you canvas prints made of quality materials with an eye toward a more refined canvas print. New Resin Coated Canvas Prints

We are introducing new resin coated canvas prints which we will be offering for our customers. A canvas print with your artwork or photography is encapsulated with a thick resin coating that once cured and dried will provide a glass like sheen. The canvas itself is produced using the same canvas, printers and inks used with our regular canvas prints popular with artists, photographers and people in general. The high glossy shine and stretched and mounted on thick 1-1/2 thick stretcher bars will give it an ultra-modern look. Great for both home decor and office buildings. The epoxy resin coating will make the canvas easy to keep clean and will ultimately preserve it for a long time. This print is meant to hang as is. We recommend you choose one of the hanging hardware options when ordering.

The canvas back is exposed. A wire hanger is installed on the back approximately 2/3 of the way up from the bottom of the canvas. A picture hanger wall hook is included which allows you to easily hang your canvas on most dry walls. Two may be included for very large canvas prints.

Ready to hang. Give your canvas print a professional finished look with dustcover, clear bumpers and wire hanger. The durable tear resistant black backing material (Tyvek®) is firmly adhered to the backside of the stretcher frame to approximately 1/8-inch from the edges – concealing the stretcher bars, canvas and staples. Clear rubber bumpers adhered to the two bottom corners on the backside of the stretcher frame. A wire hanger is installed on the back approximately 2/3 of the way up from the bottom of the canvas. A picture hanger wall hook is included which allows you to easily hang your canvas on most dry walls. Two may be included for very large canvas prints.
