Hillary studied art most of her life and began painting professionally in oils in the early 1960s in Los Angeles. She studied under a European artist as well as majoring in art at the University of Oklahoma.
She is presently instructing Digital Art (3 classes) at LVSonline.com, which (she feels) is the leader in virtual studies.
She recently (2006) moved to the Atlanta, GA area after spending almost 28 years in Hawaii, inspirational! She has painted a variety of subjects and recently become an advocate of giclee art and done several portraits digitally, utilizing Painter, PhotoImpact and Photoshop.
